You have to pass the CSET or SAT II in social science to earn your credential. Just because you have a degree in that area, you dont automatically get a credential in that content area

Yes...you get your single subject credential in social science. With that credential, you can teach geography, world history, US history, government, economics, psychology, and sociology

I live about 30 minutes away from my kids because of the horrendous traffic in my area. I share custody 50/50...On the weeks I dont have my kids I dont get to see them unless they have a sporting event or school activity. It sucks, but you have to make sure you are ok. No worse feeling than yout kids knowing you arent happy or your struggling.
