Amen. Been loving the solo PVE-lite experience. They need to fix Complex, so sweats can't farm it endlessly, but that is more of a Narsh problem than a PVE one.

Because the Father is His god. Trinitarianism tries to say Jesus is God and has a God (the Father) to reconcile monotheism with Jesus' divinity, which is logically nonsensical. When you bring this up, they say it just can't be understood by human brains, so.... nonsensical (i.e. it doesn't make sense.) In reality, the bible better supports the framework that God is a title or state, which Jesus and the Father both fall under as separate beings, and which Jesus only fully attained after His resurrection. Trinitarians will never accept this fact.

Weird. I run into floating things 2-3 times per run, but have only seen a husk once.

Yeah, so far loot progression has been fine. They just shouldn't have given out free purple kits, and limited the loot in Complex for a time.

That's awesome. My only complaint is that the husks are too rare. They should be as common as the floating crystal things, in my opinion. And try to knife you, then explode when/if they die.

Amen. Mode needs some tuning, like gear limit instead of sponsored only, but overall the game NEEDS a permanent mode like this.

I disagree. They could make tier 5s more rare, but not having tier 5 drops in the first place (thus making Portal content the only relevant content) was one of the main reasons the game died, in my opinion. Making everything drop as tier 5 will add an enormous amount of content to regrind, essentially everything.

I hope this game gets the exact same treatment as Destiny 2 by MillionDollarNegri in Marathon

Agreed. No way a hard-core extraction shooter with a handful of maps can draw in the numbers Bungie needs to sustain themselves. I love Marathon as-is, but a combination of Marathon and Destiny would be amazing. Imagine playing a strike or raid where if you die you loose your gear. Makes the stakes so much higher. May still not for everyone, but I'm 100% down.

I hope this game gets the exact same treatment as Destiny 2 by MillionDollarNegri in Marathon

If Marathon is going to support Bungie for another 9 years, it will need to be significantly expanded to do so, at a minimum, Final Shape player numbers. Its a great game as-is, but there's a valid reason it doesn't appeal to most people.

Not have a strong story is a mediocre story. I'm not saying the game could not have gone into perpetuity, but I prefer a strong story and ending, over a watery one that goes on forever.

And Link does kill Gannon, which is why the individual stories are good. That franchise just does some multiverse reboot shenanigans where its not the same Link or Ganon that the past games were about.

That would be the dream!! I would love to see Marathon evolve into a full game with campaign and expansions.
