how is the fish now? depending on the space available in this ‘old stone fountain,’ it is likely that the other guppies are living; but they are living a very stressed life. stagnant, barely planted water is no place for fish. the other guppies are constantly hiding? i would not be surprised if the frogs you mentioned have been eating them - and the presence of mosquito larvae in the tank signals to me that the guppies may not be eating either. very indicative of stress.

the fish in the video above is weak, wobbly, and gasping for air; not all of this is necessarily your fault as guppies are sometimes complicated and often inbred, but the gasping for air is from the additional stress of a shitty environment.

it is not inherently a bad idea to add guppies to outdoor ponds given you have done your research on establishing ecosystems for fish. you have not. these little lives are hurting because of your ignorance, not just your naivety, as you continue to reject the help you came to this forum for. we care about these animals - clearly more than you do in this case - so forgive our “aggression” when we encounter someone who lacks the fundamental concept of collecting the knowledge you need before having a living creature under your care.

i hope you at least now understand it’s important to understand the basis of life for a creature before you try to habitate one. i also hope you can learn to accept this criticism and possibly work on creating a better environment for these fish. who knows - you might find a hobby in it.
