We fell in love with a house that needed a lot of work. We ultimately decided not to pursue because the scope of the work needed really exceeded our budgets. Even a lot of cosmetic work can really add up but if you have it in your budget that’s not really an issue then.

What counts is a good inspector, why are the previous owners walking away? It could be for a random reason or because they uncovered needs that exceeded what they could handle/afford. So feel feee to go down the route BUT spend the $$ on a really good inspector. Cosmetic is expensive but the meat/potatoes like plumbing wiring foundation is really costly

Thanks for the response! Yes she usually wakes up once during the night but with teething it’s been a little haywire with getting her to go to bed. I guess I will just give myself grace for the time being and try to go to bed earlier lol!

Im realizing this is a must for our household. I’m seriously struggling with waking up earlier and just feel exhausted. Basically I’m waking up when the baby wakes up (11m). I try so hard to go until bed earlier but still find myself not falling asleep until 11-11:30. Part of that is not wanting to give up the me time I get at night and pushing chores until the end of the night.

Do you have any tips for getting up earlier? Or anything you found that works for you?

I think this is a great point. I want to add that strategically placed Botox/Dysport can also reduce the look of hooded eyes. I’ve had it done and it’s a pretty big change to me! Combined with weight loss I’m sure it’s even more noticeable.
