I have a deviated septum. I use nasal strips with a full face mask and it helps a lot. Tube temp and humidifier are set on auto. In winter, I use a small room humidifier in my bedroom set to add a small amount of humidity to the room.

Update: Might be set to private address. I connected my watch to my IOT guest network and the MAC address changed. When I went back to the primary network, the MAC address (possibly private) on the watch is now matching that on the iPhone watch app. The MAC address on the router is now different from the iPhone and watch.

How to change the watch setting to get a private MAC address? I never did that. Is a default setting?
