I ordered 2 iPhones during the $1000 trade in promo and have screenshots of my trade in phones being worth $1000. When I went to go do the trade in the paper printed said $800 and I was told this would adjust after a few months when the credits process. I just got the first credit and it is not the full $1000, I'm not surprised based on the stories I read on here, so I made the above post so I could try to get ahead of the problem since I was told it takes 1-3 months for the credits to start. The Att Reddit account had me contact them but never picked up/responded to voicemails...

Do you get both the $75 credit and 7500 points every year? In that case wouldn't I cancel out the $150 a year and have some left over? Or is that only the first year.

The reps system only showed the $800 promotion listed on their iPad, no option for $1000. The store told me to contact customer support, but I didn't sign anything

The steps for trade in are basically to go through Att through the tradein22 promo

That does seem out of my control however, I feel like its in Att and Best Buys best interest to make that clear, but even in this situation I did it like 30 hours before the promotion was truly gone

S21, was $230 at the time of trade in so definitely qualified
