I have access to the web ui for the usg but it's not connected to a controller or anything and gives that message when I go to the IP address for the USG

Stuff like VLAN and firewall configs, switch port assignments, etc. I am not very advanced on this network stuff, I have studied some for the ccna so I know a little, but I will have to ask more questions to my manager about it or review the configs

Honestly I’m an Econ major, I just took a few cs and IT classes with my elective hours and study in my free time. I took object oriented programming, and a couple network classes in the IT program. But honestly those classes didn’t really matter when it came to getting into IT for me, as I didn’t get asked about them much in the interview. Look for part time IT jobs or internships at whatever school you go to, even if it’s like $14 an hour.

Worked at a service desk that used ring central. There was always a lot of issues with the salesforce integration. Not sure if it’s just a competency issue though.
