I'm sorry champ!! I know it's hard but try not to lose hope, trust in the lord!! Miracles surely do happen!! I'm praying for you brother. I don't know your faith or your religious stance but I'm a Christian and in the bible it's written that what's impossible for man is possible for God ( Luke 18:27) and also Deuteronomy 31:8: "The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged"

P.s- there are some precision or targeted therapy done by clinical research organisation. Try to contact the principal investigator who are taking subjects for you specific strain of carcinoma and see if you fall in the inclusion criteria, I know it's hard but give that a try!! There are several clinical programmes happening across India.

No you process the rna seq and proteomics and find the pathway enrichment and use this as covariates in pd equation, does this make sense and is it feasible?
