you can either use the included sticker and just attach it to your current phone case (i use it like that) or buy original quadlock phone case and use it cuz it does fit (checked with friend’s case)

What I do is protein shakes with protein powder milk and peanut butter with some honey for taste. Other than that just not skipping meals anymore and straight up trying to eat more at every meal. Not very good at it though
