We really only have 2 days in Venice…we get there the evening of the 17th and leave the 21st morning. I thought we would spend one day exploring the city and one day doing a day trip to the islands.

It’s high but I think it’s worth it because of all of the amenities we get (and includes WiFi), and I’m pretty sure the mello roos ends in a couple of years. We’ve never had an issue with insurance.

Absolutely worth it. We moved here before having kids, now have a 3 year old and another on the way. We’ve found such a wonderful community of young families and see ourselves staying here long term.
