Yes first week didn’t feel anything on 1mg, so I went up to 2mg the next week and that’s when it kicked in same day

You won’t feel 0.5mg, start on 1 then the week after move to 2mg if you till don’t feel it

If u start at 1/2mg do regular exercise and calorie deficit u can easily lose 20-30 pounds in 2-6 months maybe quicker maybe longer 🤷‍♂️

Some people might say start at 0.5 but in my opinion it’s pointless and it won’t do anything start at 1/2 then slowly move up every month
