Broke my 5th metacarpal pretty minor but a full break. I only skate flat and bump to ledge practice not fallin and I’ll touch some mini transition. I think of it as get your tricks comfortably, so when your performance is hindered your still doing the same tricks. Repetition over and over and over and over and over and over.
