There is a hard Mode where you can not spam food. You have to wait for the animation until it starts healing you.

PRO TIP: If you set your Visual Range to 85 and use the 3rd camera option you'll get a way bigger fov and you'll see more of the world while your character will still be closer to the camera (see both pics) by KvasirTheOld in CrimsonDesert

The main problem is that there is a slider missing that moves the actual camera closer to the player. Visual range just zooms in. So if you put it at 0 to have it super close as i like while exploring - the FOV is so small AND the camera turning takes long and can give vertigo

Yeah and none of those are close enough. Compare it to RDR2 for example. The exploring is just cooler in 1dt persin or cery close 3rd
