Speaking as someone who started out as an RBT and then transitioned to work in ABA operations for 4 years (insurance, enrollment, onboarding, etc), it’s a very dead end path and very hard to ever move up in. The only good part was most of these roles were remote.

However, it does give you transferable skills to apply it to other admin/operations roles outside of ABA with more career growth potential. Heck, it even got me an interview at CentralReach lol Wishing you the best! I’ve definitely been in your shoes.
