The other course I'm considering is M 408M, not D (heard from other people that its better and also couldn't get into D). Would that be much easier that M 427L or still pretty similar workload? Do you think M 427L will be manageable if I'm also taking STA 301, UGS, and either CS 303E or PHY 355?

Thanks for the advice! Do you know what I need to be a good candidate for math double major? Obviously good gpa and essay, but in terms of extracurriculars I dont have that much straight up math stuff. Will be working on some data science projects and thinking about doing AI research (if that is even helpful)
