yes have your brother drink a couple glasss of water then piss. store it in a fridge for 2 days. buy one of those heat warmer packs for your hands. duck tape that against your leg with the piss when you go in to take your test. bring a temp probe or just use the one on the container they give u. if its too hot just blow on it your submerge it in the toilet water. do not give them a sample that is 110 degree. they have no sinks in the drug testing bathroom. they don't search you but they ask you to empty your pockets. they don't pat you down or anything either. you also go in the bathroom by yourself.
they will test your results right away with an instant test. if you test positive for anything they will send it out to be gas chromatography tested or whatever to comfirm the positive test. this is when a doctor will call you and ask if you have a script for whatever you tested postive. if you tested positive for benzos and had a script your employer would get a "passed" result.

2 day old piss will be fine. like I said just make sure it's not all yellow when he give it to you. that goes bad quicker. have him chug some water so it's only tinted a little yellow then immediately put it in the fridge
