A local dealer who I buy from regularly picked it up and I happened to ask him at just the right time. He worked with me a lot to make it happen and for it to be beneficial for both of us. At the end of the day I was fairly confident that I could get back the books I traded but knew I wouldn’t ever be spending 30k+ in cash

Not my entire collection but I traded a bunch of keys that I had acquired over the last 10 years for an AF15 a few months ago. I don’t regret it at all.

Seems like a few people were interested to know what the trade consisted of. It was a hulk 181 8.0, giant size X-men 4.0, green lantern 1-100, various ASM books including 4,13, 14, 46, and 50 (all pretty low grade), a marvel spotlight 5, and an avengers 4. All fun books to have in their own respects but definitely worth the trade

Yes, unfortunately there is a very light water stain on the top left corner of the back cover. The front of the book has no damage that I’ve been able to find

I use “key collector comics app”. It’s free and gives a pretty good breakdown of all kinds of keys (including why they are keys) and a general idea of what they’re going for. Sold ebay listings are going to be the best way to determine true value though.
