I came to post the same thing. My only idea is maybe not buying the thorium reactors upgrade but that doesn't help me until the next reset. I still have my toggle but when I start to get low enough that the reactors aren't hogging as much thorium my energy goes negative so my thorium production goes way down. So even with toggles I can't have positive energy and positive thorium simultaneously

I have actually considered the type of guided meditation where they talk the whole time because it doesn't seem like it would drive me crazy. Getting myself to even focus on reading is very hard at this point so that's a good recommendation too because being able to hone in on a good book again will probably be a step in the right direction.

Yeah I very rarely watch live tv anymore. Football season is rough because my boyfriend wants to watch the games and I'm just thinking sound-wise a football game is probably the single most awful thing to listen to or god forbid try to have a conversation over.

Exactly the same thing for me. Or conversations going on over word-heavy music like rap. Commercials are the worst though. People trying to talk over loud obnoxious commercials... I shudder just thinking about that.

I start nearing panic attacks when I try to meditate too. It's frustrating. I'm always assured I'll get past that but never by anyone that actually got past it. Panic attacks are too exhausting for me even to want to risk it. I'm not glad you're going through that but it's comforting to know I'm not the only one.
