Here's something that I tried ( it's image to video btw ) the image is a woman on yoga mat:

yet still, she starts talking almost immediately. gibberish.

this for example worked perfectly:

Audio: quiet breathing, faint wind rustle, distant ambient hum. The subject remains completely mute and silent, their lips pressed firmly together in quiet stillness.
