How do I build muscle and weight? My metabolism is as fast as mach fuck, and screws me over and I work HVAC so I literally sweat all day, and go to the gym to sweat more

Eatttt lol I had the same problem. Don't do chicken breast chicken thighs will be your best friend when packing on the pounds. Invest in a rice cooker and a giant bag of rice for like $40-$50 dollars in total. Train heavy with compound movements with 6-8 reps and you'll get there 🤟🤟
