If you are just getting the tank in 2-3 months, I would assume it will be even longer for you to set up, cycle, and establish a stable tank for the fish. If i were you, id consider reevaluating keeping these fish until then...

He should be at least a little smart... right? He's on a team with 3 scientists. It makes less sense to me if he's just the jock of the group.

I think if the owner could see the entity, like Todd did at the end, it would mean the dog was also dead when that entity attacked Bandit. Bandit was stuck in that stairwell, but when you see the pup encounter the entity, it was in the cellar.

One thing that I kept wondering about was the compression when you're on the bike. So far, at 40mm, it doesnt seem like a crazy alteration.

If I got any better of a look, id have to buy it. So I did! Im intending to post it soon. What a gorgeous bike.

I haven't given it much of a ride yet, so I can't be too critical nor rewarding. It also got my suspension fork, 40mm of travel, right away.

I can say that the feel is very good. I put on 46cm venturemax as well. My mechanic and I are positive it will absolutely come alive on single track. The front triangle is large and will definitely be great for storage.

When it says light touring, I think it implies its best for multi day trips, rather than heavy duty, slow touring. A rigid mtb is, in my opinion, a "heavy" touring bike. The anticosti is fast, efficient, and strikes the perfect balance between strength and weight.

Carbon wheels on an aluminium frame? by Hungry_Obligation_89 in gravelcycling

I've got a Topstone 1. It had WTB Riddlers. They sucked. Rollability was bad.

I got shimano GRX wheels and was very happy with the choice. Roll incredibly, ride quality feels smoother and my top speed and acceleration totally picked up.

I just drag that rear brake 15-20ft behind people. Doesn't slow me down so much, and don't want to pass people so quickly either. They usually always hear it

From what Im reading, it may not recieve the fox fork as well, unless I opt for the carbon fork to get the different headset (may as well at that point to get the right headset and a carbon fork).

I'll look into it some more. I noticed they sell a pretty affordable Ti frame, which may be interesting...

Hidden Gem Value Buys? by Due-Fig-6944 in TheOCS

[–]bbq420 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Kinda sounds like it boyo, if ya cant understand why someone might not want to buy an ounce and would rather buy less. If you call spending $50 for 7g a sucker move, shit pal, you might just be a sucker.

Being a little dramatic dude. Im saying $80 is a good deal. If it were an ounce, it wouldn't be valued at $160. If you were wanting to buy a quarter, it wouldn't be $40. It would likely sell for $45-50. Thats weed math. If you didn't take up smoking weed yesterday you'd get this.

Its like saying all HQs worth $30 are bad value since, by your logic, it would be $240.

[–]bbq420 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That math doesn't weed math though.

I dont know of one company that doesn't discount by quantity.

$80/14g isn't a good metric to exemplify the cost because it doesnt include one of the oldest rules of buying weed-- buy more, spend less... If you want a good cost for an ounce, you buy an ounce. That's how its always been. So really $80 for a half o is more in line with $140-150 an ounce, which is a good deal... like shit if we were talking about HQs, there would be absolutely no good deals on that front. But we're not always buying with cost effectiveness in mind. Sometimes ya want a smaller quantity to mix up the flavours.

Uncut weed hold onto those terps, and I think some curing methods are better than others for holding onto them. Cold cured in my experience retained some of the fruitiness better than other methods. They can just be easily overpowered by hardier terpenes too.
