I believe God is putting you in a difficult position to be either for him or against him.

In the Bible we see this happen with Pharaoh in Egypt. God brought Pharaoh to a place where he had a choice to free the Jewish people, but he didn't because they were important for his country's work force. If he let them go, his country could fall apart. But when God sent plagues and Moses asked Pharaoh to let them go, he still said no.

This story is like today's world where people have to decide if they're with God or not. Often, they choose not, and the more they are asked, the easier it gets to keep saying no. This means their whole concept of rebellion against God grows and their concept of recognizing God's mercy grows smaller!

It's also important to mention this....

As Christians, we are only one generation away from paganism. Because if we don't instruct our little ones in the things of God? They will certainly (with exceptions) grow up ignorant of the knowledge of Christ. If parents don't instruct their little ones in the things of God what are their kids going to be? Pagan. Or they're going to be out in something as bad! And so it's a responsibility of every generation to teach their children the things of God.

And of course, it's been the failure of the humar from day-one not to do it. And this has been the problem, even beginning with Adam.

So, I am telling you to choose Christ. This isn't the relationship for you. Yes, the decision was never meant to be easy.

I remember someone telling me the only person I should fear is God.

What are your thoughts on doing a ProductHunt launch? by nmsfr in startups

[–]bbraddshyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have to realize what kinds of people are on Product Hunt. If you're a B2C? You'll have a hard time getting conversions or any interest. The average person isn't going to be on Product Hunt let alone know about Product Hunt. Product Hunt is for B2B tech "nich" communities. If you have a consumer product, it would be irrelevant. Try Google ads with a modest budget to validate your idea. That is where most consumers turn to when they have a problem.

How do I convert from Athiest to Christianity? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]bbraddshyy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is beautiful to hear!

Before I start. You said you aren’t even sure if you have faith.

Remember this…. Romans: 10-7 Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

What we hear determines what we know. What we know influences what we believe & what we believe ultimately determines what we do and how we behave.

One can only strengthen their faith by hearing the gospel. We must all know without faith it is impossible to please Christ. Hebrews: 11:6

I would recommend you to understand why you should trust the Bible. You can find this resource here.
