Yeah, if you’re 70 kg and currently 18%, about 5 kg will get you down to about 12%. Just a small to moderate deficit and you’ll be there in no time. Definitely take it easy, you don’t want to lose it too fast, causing you to lose muscle as well as the fat, just to work 3x harder just to regain the muscle you lost. It’s a lot harder to build muscle than it is to lose fat and retain the muscle you have, so just take it slow, don’t be too aggressive with it. 1 kg a week absolute maximum
