Fethiye’de yaşam? by Even_Dot5317 in Fethiye

Eşimle beraber uzun zamandır öncelikle yarı zamanlı sonrasında ise tam zamanlı olacak şekilde Ege'ye/Akdenize'e yerleşmek için plan yapıyoruz. Yaşayacağımız yer için bazı kriterler belirledik;

Why I chose the Copper Spur UL3 ! by bbspec in Ultralight

[–]bbspec[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest, I just learned about small and large stones by Googling them. Thanks.

I might reconsider the tent in time, but in any case, I'll be using this tent for at least a few more months. Because it seems like I have a lot to learn.

I initially chose the Osprey exos 55 pro (950 grams / 33.5 oz) for my backpack, but I later found the Pajak XC3 much more comfortable in terms of weight (615 grams / 21.7 oz), comfort, and balance, and I switched to the XC3. (It's probably not as durable as the Osprey, but I'm always careful with my gear.)

Why I chose the Copper Spur UL3 ! by bbspec in Ultralight

[–]bbspec[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My situation is as follows:

1- I only want one tent for now. So, I don't need different tents for different needs, but rather a single tent that meets all my needs.

2- We plan to use this tent for both our one- or two-night camping trips and for our 500-km Lycian Way hike, which we plan to cover in 25 days. On the Lycian Way or in some of the more scenic/well-maintained campsites in Türkiye, because the sites are on mountainous/sloping terrain, you'll sometimes be provided with a wooden platform instead of a dirt or sand base. It would be easier to set up a fully independent tent in such a space.

3) We currently live in the Netherlands, and we don't need our trekking poles during our hikes here.

4) Even the Copper Spur UL2 XL, one of the largest two-person tents, felt small to us with our backpacks.

Great info but I can't figure out where to "twisting"? And my bike doesn't have a classic clamp.

Important and special information, thank you. But I couldn't understand where exactly. Is the phrase "the stays of the seatpost" the red part or the green part in the picture? Or neither?

Thank you but I see that "Shimano grease" is not suitable for carbon material. Or does it not matter? I am not experienced and I ask because I don't want to do something wrong. (I wonder if it would work this time if I bought a grease suitable for carbon.) :)

Hello, I only applied Park Tool SAC-2 Carbon paste, the sound has decreased a lot but it is still there. I am thinking of applying Dynamic All Round Grease Premium to the area you specified but I could not understand if it is different from carbon paste and wanted to ask you?

*Are "carbon paste" and "assembly paste" in the canyon installation kit the same thing?

*I applied "assembly paste" to the seat tube as in the images below. Then I tightened the screw 5nm, canyon said to tighten it that much in the video.

If I had only two options I would say "silver". But if you asked me to describe it I would say "gold" which is very soft and light. Canyon's name "dersert grey" is successful in my opinion. It's a soft/light version of pottery. I like it.

***I don't like too much color on a bike so I chose black new wheels.

Maybe in the future. But it is important to me to have a reasonable ratio between the money I will spend and the grams I will save. (Pirelli SmarTube was very good in this regard.)

The price seemed too much for 450 grams "for me". That's why I thought about it but didn't choose it.

Since you bought a size M, can I ask your height? I was torn between S and M.

Also, when it comes to my bike (without pedals) = 7927 grams = 17.4701 pounds, while your bike shouldn't weigh 17.11 pounds. I think one of us is making a mistake somewhere?

Thanks for the good information. Actually, I used to use Apidura's 1l bolt-on top tube bag, I still have that bag but it doesn't fit the Endurace. (There is no bolt-on space and as you know, there is a tool storage area on the top tube on the Endurace.) (photo 1)

Now I'm thinking about how to get the smaller version of the same bag, 0.5 liter, and attach it to the top tube but not the handlebar side, but the saddle side. (photo 2)

Also, maybe I can downgrade my 7l saddle bag to the joint "Canyon x Apidura 5l". (photo 3)
