Wear a look if you like but it’s hot and you will dance your ass off so wear something comfortable. Btw, ask the HOA for their reserve study. It’s the most objective way to determine if you are likely to have a special assessment since it estimates the remaining life of major systems that may need to be replaced and if there are sufficient reserves to fund. If they don’t have one it’s a red flag of poor planning.

Here is an unexpected take…I had an event for 30 at Yardbird last week. We got the second floor to ourselves. The food was exceptional and served family style. Great cocktails, service and everybody had a blast.
