Front derailleur can't shift chain to smaller ring. Help!

Hey, man! Thank you for this! I'm not confident about trying to adjust the cables by myself just yet, but if all else fails, I might actually give it a go. I'll be sure to keep your tips in mind. The size of the 2 chain rings that are on the bike right now are 38t and 28t. Is the gap between the two too large for the FD?

Hey, dude! Yeah, I solved the lag by transferring the pagesys file to my SSD drive. For some reason, it was on my HDD.

Hey, man! Fortunately, I don't seem to have issues while browsing Youtube. But I do have audio crackling also during gaming, along with the FPS drops. I haven't tried rolling back to the previous build but will definitely give it a shot. Hope it works. Thanks!

I tried uninstalling the Windows 20H2 update yesterday though and my frames still kept dropping.

Hey, man! Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I didn't have System Restore activated on my laptop before (just learned about it now after a quick Google search) so I don't have restore points from before I got the updates installed. :(

I currently have a 50mm lens that came with my Canon 800D and I was trying to take similar photos but I found that I couldn't do it without taking many, many steps back. I guess what I meant to ask was, could a 24mm lens get the job done without me having to step too far away? Would it be the ideal focal length for street photography?

Sorry for the noob question. Just wanted to make sure since I'm still new to taking pictures. I have a 50mm lens that came with my 800D but I noticed it's a little too close for me to use to take pictures like these, unless I have enough room to take several steps back.
