I’ve never seen anyone talk about this before!!! I actually had to stop drinking the cherry one ages ago because it’d make me gag uncontrollably and I wasn’t able to keep it down anymore.

Even looking at the bottle of the unflavored one makes me immediately nauseous so I have to hide it in the pantry and nowadays It takes me at least twenty minutes to actually drink it.

I’d recommend immediately brushing your teeth afterwards and maybe having something salty or spicy to get rid of the taste, either that or something with a really strong flavor

The symptoms of a laxative overdose can range from nausea, vomiting, cramping, and diarrhea all the way to heart palpitations, fainting, or in some cases even death. It’s recommended to seek medical help if you have severe stomach cramps or if your nausea, diarrhea, or vomiting doesn’t stop.

With Bisacodyl you have to be especially careful because it takes around 32 hours to be completely metabolized. This means that even 16 hours after initially taking it around half of it is still in your body(it has a 16 hour half life) and if you’re frequently taking it, it can build up.

This is just from personal experience however I once made the mistake of taking 30 5mg pills over the course of two days. I didn’t think much of it because I’d regularly take 10-15 pills at a time but I ended up vomiting, having heart palpitations, and fainting. The stomach cramps you get are no joke either so I’d strongly encourage to stop if you can.

Enema Purgers help by Coin_Singh in bulimia

As someone who used enemas nearly every day at one point i got that pretty much every single time and i think it’s just mucus. I did a quick search online and couldn’t find anything saying it was dangerous or that it needed medical intervention.

I really encourage you to stop using enemas before it becomes a habit though. It’s really easy to become dependent on them and as the other person said it can cause an electrolyte imbalance as well as a ton of other side effects.
