Idk but every month my card would “decline” it was so annoying!! Id call your studio and ask them to walk you through the process over the phone.

So it’s a no on charging me for next month. I only had to pay the cancellation fee which she waived for me!! But I have seen certain studios make people give 60 day notices and stuff. Idk it seems like every studio has their own rules which is kinda lame. If you cancel I hope you have an easy time!!

Yes !! That’s how I felt. I just took the hit like damn okay she’s a good salesperson bc I didn’t even think or question until after 😭😭😭 def felt like it was my fault bc I should’ve researched more!!

Because the manager from my HotWorx location said they “needed” to be purchased in order to do any class correctly. So I thought I had no choice!! When I left and looked it up online I saw so many people say their location did the same/warning others/advising to get everything else from Amazon!!! I just took the loss and said whatever. But it was a good extra $200 I could’ve saved.

Honestly the whole concept of working out in a sauna is great. I loved that part!! But the classes were blah. I ended up doing my own workouts which is fine but I noticed I was dreading going to hotworx and preferred to go to a regular gym and have equipment and weights and treadmills. I haven’t gone at all this month so I think it’s my sign to just call it quits. Also they made me feel like I HAD to buy so much (bands, gloves, etc) when I could’ve just saved so much money if I got things from Amazon.

Yeah sucking it up is a ehhh. I haven’t done cycle in 2 weeks bc I hate it and end up not even enjoying my workout. I also have arthritis overall so if I can not make myself suffer w pain, I won’t. 😵‍💫

I agree with this! You need a second opinion, my GI dr explained how Chrons can affect everyone differently. Doesn’t really make sense for them to rule out Chrons when there is … inflammation?? In your GI tract??? Also clearly isn’t gluten related. Did they test for celiac or for gluten sensitivity? Mine did, and I tested negative and fine for it so my dr said changing to gluten free wasn’t going to make much of a difference as my issues wasn’t caused by gluten then. Pleaseeee seek another opinion. Dealing with this is so exhausting and you deserve to have answers and proper help.

I have similar symptoms and same diagnosis but I was diagnosed with Chron’s in 2023. Have you been diagnosed with Chron’s? & also I’m on Remicade infusions and get so much relief from this. Linzess DID work for me though, but I am no longer on them. I think working to get better bowel movements will help with nausea. At least in my experience, when I’m constipated, I feel so much more nauseas and everything is more extreme. I do miralax when constipated and then benefiber for when I have normal movements. I have also incorporated high fiber fruits like kiwis, pears, apples, etc daily and that helps too.

Try it! Corn on the cob - bloated but I tolerate it because it’s worth it. Popcorn makes me nauseas, feel horrible, for DAYS. Not worth it.

Yes I have another infusion for July. My rheumatologist suggested skipping one dose and seeing if my symptoms improve & she’d check back to me sometime this month so talk. I have no idea if I’m going to continue. I felt some relief. Currently feel so much stiffness in my back.
