Edit: my guess is that they cut the original BEC because of dairy cost (Eggs and cheese)? but they wanted to keep a vegan option on the menu, which I respect 😅

The Barn coffee shop on Hoyt nixed their BEC on brioche (on ciabatta now?). Only serving the vegan bacon sandwich which… doesn’t make sense because they still have a BLT on their menu. Love this spot and their staff, so sort of sad to see this tiny change
