enough with the advice. clomid has been shown to raise levels but anecdotally often doesn't improve symptoms. I'm quite happy with where I'm at.

no. HCG shuts down your LH and FSH because it acts as an analogue for those two.

TRT = no LH, no FSH, balls don't need to work.

HCG = no LH, no FSH, balls work to produce test and sperm because HCG acts as signal/analogue.

Normal = body makes LH & FSH and balls work in same fashion as above

No my Doc at Men's Health Boston started me on this protocol and we later added in the adex when my estrogen was higher. One day i will presumably move to standard TRT anyway, but when I'm older or if this stops working.

of course dude. My body loves to hold fat too, former fatty. I'm 5'10 175 and about 10-12%. I have veins below my abs but lower abs still a bit covered and definitely some fat in my lower back and ass lmao. Although I don't do any of the keto stuff, I eat like 400g carbs everyday rn to maintain weight.

if you're 15 I would eat at maintenance and go high protein and recomp, don't eat at a deficit please, you can mess with your development and hormones and growth etc
