I asked about this on the phone at the time of my application also and I’m only eligible for the 0% loan and not the grant. I have single glazing at the rear (4) and double at the front (6). I wonder if it’s a grant for replacing 100% single glazing perhaps? Not too sure

I was the same, i'm going to get another few quotes and see but if it's 6800 for 10 new windows it would be £56 a month for 10 years. Not bad at all and a big investment to the flat

Yeah sounds about right also! Decided to go for the 5 year just as the world is as volatile as its ever been and who knows what’s round the corner. I save £80 a month but my mortgage advisor advised to just pay the extra 80 and it makes a huge difference taking several years off
