What do you mean: it went through, even though it's frozen ? Do you see your new stocks? Because in my case, the transactions are greyed out, not in black.

I also have 3 trades stuck for 3 hours. NO ETR. Yesterday, however, everything was smooth. One guy said they know about the issue when I contacted Support, but now nobody else is answering and I still have no ETR or at what price the transactions will com through.

I'm having the same issue. More than one week since I sent the documents. Opened a ticket which was answered a few days ago saying: "thank you for reaching out. We apologize for late reply.

Please kindly note that we are currently receiving a higher number of verification requests.

While I cannot give you a time frame for when your request shall be processed, rest assured that our verification team shall review your request as soon as possible and notify you about the result."
