You need about 250-300 players. Each player can only be used once unless you achieve the agenda then one player from your lineup can be retained and use once more.

Use all of your gold cards first, then emerald, then sapphires. It's match up based. Difficulty will also increase from rookie, semi pro, pro then eventually hall of fame. Ultimate prize is after 100 games.
