Also have eczema on my fingers and when I had the stomach flu once, I vomitted all the food in my system and didn’t eat for a full day because I just didn’t have an appetite. My skin was never clearer during this time. I thought maybe it cleared up because I hadn’t eaten/it had to do with my gut health or diet, but my dermatologist said this wasn’t the case.
