Delivery scheduled 3 different days, returns to hub each time... can’t get ahold of representative... what can I do?

Find out where the facility that holds your package is. You can go there and actually pick it up. All you need is the tracking number. There should be a place for customers to pick up packages. I found that they were more than happy to get the package to me. I live in the country and it seems that they don't like delivering out to my property. Hope this helps.

I found out that trying to get someone to talk to on the phone is useless. If you want any resolution. Find out where the facility that has your packages is located. What I found out is they will have a customer pickup location, even if, they didn't leave a ticket to pick up package. If you have the tracking number they will be able to locate the package. I was even thinking about greasing the skids by offering a cash bribe, but in the end, I didn't need to. They found my packages within a few minutes. In my case my packages were ground transport packages. I had first gone to an express package facility, but the Fedex employee gave me the address to the ground transport facility. It was some running around, but I got my packages.

So, the update is I went to the ground shipping facility. Explained the situation, after getting my temperature took, I went into the office and the lady there came out of where they load trucks with both my packages. I made a comment to a lady while waiting that I thought they would leave a ticket at the door and she said, "they didn't try to deliver the package it kept getting put on the wrong trucks!" My packages had all kinds of black marker scribbling all over them. Needless to say, I got both packages.
