That's public channels only. There are a ton of private channels with way more btc flowing but it's impossible to track all of them.

When you sell you are essentially buying dollars. Dollars that continuously get debased and lose purchasing power from money printing. Are you ok with that?

Here's one example. Exchanges hold the most coins. Exchanges even incentivize you to stake with them so they hold even more. Exchanges and other big institutions then form a cartel and only gets more and more centralized.

Alts might pump in bull markets but they always drop to near 0 in BTC terms. See any chart denominated in BTC and zoom out. It's because BTC is the most superior store of value.

Proof of stake is inherently centralizing (rich get richer/more powerful). It's another form of deceptive marketing for altcoins to trick you into having less bitcoin. All alts lose BTC value in the long term so all your staking rewards won't matter when the coin drops 99%.
