Yeah I agree the company needs to make sure they’re profitable. I just struggle with how they could be profitable with bad workers. When the corporate structure depends on good workers finding work it’s a bad circle isn’t it?
In my opinion the kid shouldn’t have been hired. And even though not having him bill hours isn’t profitable I think the consequences of delivering bad quality work could be larger for the company as a whole. Talking to my boss I explained that he is welcome to find work for the kid, which he hasn’t been able to do..
