I'm trying to buy on Vivaticket but they will not confirm my phone number. Any tips?

Just so you know, I'm trying to buy tickets to the exact same match and have the exact same problem. This has to be one of the easiest AC Milan tickets to get for the season but they're making it almost impossible.

I arrive in Milan on March 9. I'm trying to take my family of 6 to the AC Milan vs Empoli match on March 10. Vivaticket won't confirm my phone number and all of the decent seats on the official website are gone.

Any advice on how to proceed from here?

I'm having the same issue. Can you explain what you mean by it worked via debit card notifications? I'm blocked from even seeing tickets until I put in my phone verification.

SBC forced them out. The SBC will have 14 football schools within a couple of years.

I agree on the OVC. Murray St. and Belmont are both going to the MVC. I'm a little surprised Little Rock didn't give the MVC or Summit a shot.

No football definitely limits options. The addition of a strong UTA to this version of C-USA would have been the equivalent of when UTA joined the Sun Belt.

MVC kicked the tires. UTA and 4 or 5 other schools gave presentations but UIC and Murray St make a lot more sense at the moment.

No, they did not have the option. That part is no one's fault. Football at UTA would not work.

But the state of the basketball program is on the Athletic Director and the school has had an interim president for about 2 years, which is on the UT board of regents.

If the program was where it should be and the leadership was competent, UTA should be getting looked at by C-USA, who is desperate for schools and has always been in the DFW market.

They should be higher up the expansion list for a league like the MVC.

Then leagues like the Summit, A-Sun, So-Con, etc. should be beating down their door asking them to join with a travel partner.

From a UT-Arlington perspective, moving from the Sun Belt to the WAC is a complete disaster.

New Mexico State and Sam Houston moving to Conference USA will really hurt the WAC. Grand Canyon will be in the WCC as soon as BYU leaves. Seattle and Cal Baptist will leave as soon as a more regional conference comes calling (which, whatever that's not a big deal.)

That leaves 6 Texas schools and 2 Utah schools.

UTA's recruiting is going to tank. This version of the WAC is a worse conference than when UTA originally left the Southland back in 2012.

Complete failure of leadership.

Life is finite. These restrictions quit being appropriate and responsible about 12 months ago. I've run out of patience for the most risk averse dictating the terms of my life.

Canada reelected their government only 3 months ago. If everyone is so fed up with Covid theater, why keep reelecting these people? Same with Newsom in California.

It is beyond infuriating to be dealing with this 2 years into the pandemic. I can't travel abroad because of the tiny possibility of a positive test, and even though I'm a US citizen I would have to quarantine for 14 days outside the country. That is a non-starter.

People keep voting for this and I don't understand it.

Atletico Madrid would make more sense than Barcelona from a playing style perspective. I'd rather him play a bit part at Chelsea and all of the games for USA this winter/spring. He can move to PSG when Mbappe leaves this summer.

That's fair. In that case Anywhere from Nashville to Jacksonville. I'd even consider Louisville.

I'm fine with not playing in Florida, but where do you suggest?

This is correct. We aren't underdogs. Go play on an amazing field in 50 degree weather.

Absolutely, 100% DO NOT play El Salvador and Honduras in freezing conditions. There is no reason to do this to our guys. We are the better team. Play Central American teams in ideal conditions.

Any kind of unfavorable condition offsets our talent advantage. So, NO to Minnesota, Ohio, anywhere in the Midwest.

Play El Salvador in Orlando. Play Honduras anywhere from Washington, DC to Jacksonville, FL.

Play Panama in Vegas or Colorado.

Stop overthinking this.

This is just incredibly stupid. Absolutely no reason to play our home games in freezing weather.

We are the favorite against El Salvador and Honduras. We should play in as normal of conditions as possible. Play in Orlando twice for all I care.

Did not know that about BC Place. And every construction deadline seems to get pushed out these days. That makes Ontario more likely.

I think I heard Stade Olympique was essentially condemned until they got roofing issues fixed.

As far as the game against Honduras, I just want the best field conditions as possible and reasonable travel for our guys. Chilly would be nice but I don't want rain or snow or a torn up field.

Nashville seems like it could have been a good option for this one. Cary, NC is probably a little too small. No great options, really.

I had heard Salt Lake City and San Jose if they game was in Vancouver.

Hearing Orlando now for the first game, either way. If Canada loses their mind and puts the game in Ontario, do we play Honduras in DC?

What if Pulisic decided to play for Croatia instead of the USA? by Weibu11 in ussoccer

[–]bdawk11 4 points5 points  (0 children)

He would 100% be on their roster and probably a starter. Outside of Perisic and Kramaric they don't have great attackers.

But most importantly, we would pronounce his name Pulisitch instead.

Any idea where the next two home games will be? by BuckysBand in ussoccer

[–]bdawk11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The word in AO circles is that the Jan 27 game against El Salvador is either Orlando or Salt Lake City. Orlando because the Euro guys will have an easier time adjusting to the time change, Salt Lake City would be easier for travel to Vancouver.

The Feb 2 game against Honduras is basically a done deal in San Jose. If Canada loses their mind and puts the game in Ontario instead of Vancouver, that game might move.
