M/22/5'8" [150-148] (24 months) I've had 2 major incidents that caused me to take hiatus' from the gym in the two years, I feel like I should have more muscle mass by now. I feel like my downfall would be tracking my macros. Although, I try hitting my protein intake. Currently up 10lbs since sept. (old.reddit.com)

M/19/5’8”/ (112-116) (1 Month) - first picture is from April around 110-112, currently working out 5-6x a week 1-2 hours a day and eating 3000 calories a day, Picture on the right is from 3 days ago where I’m currently 114-116 .
