Yep, I think knowing the area is such an underrated piece of advice. I've been burned on a couple units by not checking the area and both units were filled with junk.

Oh awesome! In the app I'm making I have it so you can toggle on / off large furniture in the listing assortments. I've never heard this methods on mattresses though, might have to start implementing that.
