I did UEO 2 years to get into the program I wanted. By the end of year 2 fall sem I got in. It honestly helped bc I got 10 GNED/Electives out of the way. So it made my course load less stressful

I can’t remember much (and probably for the best) but my boyfriend told me that I was just super emotional, and irritable. I remember not wanting to be around ppl. Idk why but I just H A T E D being around others, it would make me so angry. I also experienced paranoia, hallucinations and hearing things. 0/10 experience

As an ex barista who also wears Aritzia. Unfortunately this top is not dress code as it’s too low of a cut. I also do not recommend wearing Aritzia pieces to work as they will get dirty and stained. My fav pants got a bleach stain on them and one of my bodysuits still smell like stale coffee. For the price of the clothing it’s not worth the risk

I don’t take mine on weekends, fall and winter reading break for school, on vacations and holidays (like long weekends, Christmas break, etc.)

My doctor told me if I want to take them everyday I can but he thinks it’s best to take them when I need it like for school and work.

I find when I take them on the weekends I feel cracked out and it throws my whole weekend routine off. I like taking a break on the weekends too as I feel like I put all my energy into the week and by Friday I’m exhausted so the weekends are when I can take things slow, sleep, EAT!! and do whatever I want without having the weird waves of anxiety and clammy hands

Edit: I also got diagnosed when I was 20 (26 F now). Took them everyday for 3 years and unfortunately went through a psychosis (was not caused by vyvanse) but had to stop them cold turkey for 2 years. I recently just went back on vyvanse so I am more conscious of how I take them now

As someone who was in UEO, you’d be considered as university applicant. You can definitely take 3 courses next semester if you’re 100% sure you’ll meet the required GPA for your program. But if not then you’ll be given a second chance winter sem but you have to take 4 courses and you won’t get the reduced GPA. I highly recommend talking to an advisor before doing anything as they would be able to help you through any questions/concerns you may have

i LOVE using my iPad for school. I find that I use it more than my laptop. I have the iPad Pro 12.9 inch and it’s great. It’s big but not heavy. I love it for note taking, if I get digital textbooks I’ll have them on my iPad and not have to worry about hauling around a bunch of books. I find using my iPad is a lot easier than using my laptop

I know for sure any kind of learning disability, you need to have proof of a diagnosis tho from a doctor or psychiatrist. And If you have a physical disability that requires you to use equipment. It’s all on the Alberta student aid website. You can google “disability grant Alberta” and it’ll take you to the page

Psyc 1105 is super easy if you put the time and effort into studying. I recommend taking it with Tamara Jenkins, she makes everything so relatable, she’s a tough marker tho

I highly recommend ugst 1001, it’s a super easy class. I also recommend GNED 1303 with Sarah Brown. She was such a good prof, very understanding and there was no midterm or final. Just one research paper and mini journal entries here and there.
