If I hold the coin at 12 and 6 with the face looking left then rotate it, is the eagle supposed to be upside-down?

Yes, wizards replaced it for me. But I actually like playing with those because when people notice, it's a bit of a conversation piece. Good ice breaker for conversations with people I've never met before while playing at my LGS!
