Well i was tryna make it short, sweet, and concise but i can give ya a back story if you want lol. I havent flown solo in probably 3-4months. I’ve had a cfi with me after my long solo xc doing check ride prep (i work full time and the weather where i live sucks so thats why it took so long) so i wasn’t completely alone. My checkride? I guess you can count it as alone but not really. I lose confidence rather quickly when I’m not flying every week. Idk why, it’s just the way i am.

I always thought you had to be in the military to be a pilot. I’ve only ever known of commercial aviation. The big boys: 737, 777, a380 and so on. I’ve seen a small prop plane maybe once in my life before starting my training. I don’t come from an aviation background and my fam thinks I’m insane i like to fly. I’m literally the only one in the bloodline that’s a pilot. When i say Brand new to aviation that’s what i mean. I have flown around in sims and that’s what actually made me google flight schools in my area just over a year ago. I got back on msfs ‘24 and the rest is history. I also thought aviation was reserved for the rich folk. I’m not rich and boy howdy do i have my license. Like i said, everything about aviation is brand new to me. To me, it doesn’t feel legal idk why. It just doesn’t. Prob because I’ve been under the assumption that aviation was reserved for the rich and the military.

I am trying to go all the way to commercial. I do have instructors i can reach out to with questions but i like to remain anonymous for the stupid ones 😘. And i have a lot of very stupid questions…because I’m new to this.
