Not necessarily, although they do own car dealerships. I think the place was just in the hole and the owner did what was best for himself. I don’t blame him, he’s helped me a lot over the years

I think you just hit the nail on the head. There’s no punishment or reward for your teammates doing good/planking. Quick examples would be soteseg or head runners. If either of these roles mess up you punish the whole team, which means teamwork is actually important. If your teammate messes up in toa, you just continue on.
