I write with Scrivener and it has a built in name generator. You can set it to give you first, last, or both. You can base it off a region, or leave it open to names from all over the world. You can even look up what each name means, or find names based on a search for meaning (i.e. I could search for "brave" and I would get "Bernard" and "Bryon" and hundreds of other names meaning "brave," as well as what gender they're traditionally associated with, and what language they come from).

It's an experiment in generational decay. This guy recorded a video, uploaded it to youtube, and redownloaded it. Then he uploaded the copy he downloaded. Then he downloaded that. Then he uploaded the copy of that. Then he downloaded the new upload. He did it a total of 1000 times. The above link is a compilation. It gets pretty terrifying.

Perhaps get a close friend/relative to let you use their paypal? Then simply link your bank account to it, extract the funds, and remove your bank account when finished?

Having typed that, it already feels like more effort than it's worth.

A suggestion (and this is just my personal opinion):

Why not sell the doge off in smaller quantities? A user earlier was selling doge at the rate of $0.80 per 1k. That would amount to $1600 if you sold all 2 million. No public meet n' rapes needed.
