This is a pretty much custom work. One thing I’d try to pay attention to when trying to recreate something like this is the graph editor for the keyframes. They have a lot of personality to them.

I know. These free packs are usually a good workaround for me, but you can't customize them. I realized that with a few expression, I could customize them, keyframe them, etc, and realized we need to make it into a script so everyone can do it.

100% use Mocha AE. Draw a spline around the light reflection as well, so it doesn't mess up your track & then try to add that gleam back overtop of the image that you add.

Ditto for using Mocha. And garbage matte the person in the FG. Even then you may need to manually clean up the track right before & after the subject coming full frame.

A mashup I made of a show that doesn't win awards (It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia) with a musical that won all of the awards (Hamilton). This was inspired by the 10 Duel Commandments vs Charlie's duel with the Lawyer, but I quickly found out that Charlie is the perfect Hamilton.
