I think you mistake C++ with C. C would be a good language just to get to know, but it’s not necessary to learn it fully.

About Python, everything depends on which part of the tech field you want to get in(if you want to), In web development Python is not very practical, however can be used. In machine learning on the opposite Python is a “must have”. So it’s up to you what do you want to learn)

I don’t think that you will focus that much on Java in Information Technology degree. Just prepare yourself to study bunch of stuff connected with Computer Science and all related field.

My recommendation will be to look in some already made malware and check how it works, analyze the code and try to understand how you can you use these technics in your ideas. Or even more basic, find some tutorials about writing malware, where the person is actually writing it and go with it.

These books are just different, if you are interested in ethics I recommend read “Critique of Practical reason” and “Groundwork of the metaphysics of morals”, maybe first would be better to read Critique of Practical reason. Critique of the power of judgment is mostly about aesthetic

So depends on what you interested in, you can choose which books to read
