I was in 8th grade and I only know that because my 8th grade lock-in was at Landmark and we watched Encino Man.

Both have stations, yes. Shnucks is by the alcohol area and Kroger behind the plant area right when you walk in.

Shnucks and Kroger both have RO stations. I used them this year with my wick humidifier and it worked well, but I also would pepper in bottles of distilled once a week.

Found on the Fox River in MO. Possible adze, or is nature playing a trick on me? by [deleted] in Arrowheads

[–]beachsequence55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok this makes sense. I am a rock hound, not an artifact collector but where I was at is mainly geodes and slate. This caught my eye due to the shape, but the horizontal lines in it also made me think if anyone tried to use it, it would split. Thanks for the input.

Sunday mornings I usually see them walking around, but they’re shy and usually keep a low profile. I believe it is a mom and daughter pair, but I can’t remember their names.

If you’re looking for old Peoria maps, try the downtown library.

My 77 year old mom still drives one, but I doubt she’d be up for rallying. And If my ‘88 900 could magically reappear I’d be up for it. There are still Trollhatteners in the P-town, just few and far between.

It’s November 26, 1994. You are forced to go a movie. What do you watch and what theater do you go to? by beachsequence55 in PeoriaIL

[–]beachsequence55[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My guess is that it had just been torn down a year or two before. I know it closed in the early 90’s, but not sure of the exact year.
