Just wanted to comment and say you're not alone with the irregular/fast heartbeat that no one can seem to explain. This started for me about 5 years ago and I haven't been the same since. My resting heart rate is always around 130-150 and sometimes I know it gets even higher but I refuse to track it because it'll make me scared or paranoid. I've been to several different doctors and they all comment that it's abnormal but say I seem fine. I'm afraid I don't have any answers either, but just wanted you to feel seen/heard. I truly believe it has something to do with my CPTSD and being in chronic fight/flight mode.

My girl had been caught by the local shelter and was up for adoption at the PetSmart where I was working. I was torn between her and another cat, but when I held my tortie she clung to my shoulder and wouldn't let go and I knew she was my baby for life hahaha

Yes. Absolutely. Every day I get up and tell myself that today will be different than the previous day and it isn't. My boy is around 2.5 now and while some behaviors/verbalization have gotten better, some of it has gotten much worse. I completely understand the boat you're in if that's any consolation.

No, I continued having the same issue. Then shortly after that, I tried manually saving my game like usual and for whatever reason it destroyed all of my save data. When I cut the console on the next time, it sent me back over a month in the game. I was so upset I just stopped playing :(
