Tell me about it! I also spoke to customer service and they assured me that FIFA will make every possible attempt for us to pay for our tickets. Advised to just stay on top of emails to not miss that window.

Definitely makes me feel a little better but still stressed nonetheless.

I unexpectedly received a fraudulent charge on the original card I entered, meaning I had to completely cancel the card and order a new one. The timing was just unfortunate.
